The Ground Level of the hotel features the Grand Ballroom, a beautiful, purpose-built conference room with vehicle access that can accommodate over 700 people in theatre style seating. The Grand Ballroom can be divided into three sections of equal size, being the Hepburn, Creswick and Lindsay Rooms. All sections of the ballroom feature access onto the ballroom terrace, floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light and gorgeous views of the golf course and surrounding countryside. Three foyer/ pre-function spaces compliment the ballroom and are perfect for meeting breaks, trade displays or poster sessions. Conference facilitators receive a private office/ business centre to work from when their conference is being held in all or part of the Grand Ballroom.

More intimate function rooms with natural light and beautiful views are situated on the first, second and third levels overlooking the golf course and feature fireplaces and elegant décor, perfect for an executive board meeting or intimate cocktail gathering.
